On today's episode of why you don't go to big box stores..... This customer came in and stated his comfort touch stock on his shotgun had become tacky. He inquired if we had a Benelli rep. I said we did, and he was very responsive when we need something. He said he had been trying to get this stock addressed at another local shop for over a year. The shop said they couldn't get the rep to call them back. I told him to let me work on it. Mind you, he didn't buy the shotgun here, but he is a nice customer. I emailed my rep at 930am. By 4pm, (same day) my rep had contacted customer service /warranty service. When I came in Saturday morning, the warranty dept had contacted our rep, they were sending out a new stock. I have the new stock in the shop, under warranty, within 5 days. Customer was ecstatic.

Here is a short video of the Diligent Defense Enticer LTI. We’re shooting a R***r .30-06 with Hornady 150-grain InterLock ammunition. In my personal opinion, this is one of the quietest cans on the market for the price. The titanium models are also extremely lightweight. Come check them out!

The map below shows which states are free from NFA requirements and which states require a Form 4. As you can see, North Carolina currently requires a Form 4.

We have not received any emails or updates from the ATF, so for now, we will continue submitting Form 4s for suppressors until we hear otherwise. We would hate to start selling suppressors without a Form 4, only to receive an email from the ATF stating that one is still required.

Unfortunately, the ATF has been silent regarding this matter.
