This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, service, and selflessness are the reason we gather freely with the people we love today.

We created a handcrafted charcuterie flag made with fresh berries, artisan meats and cheeses.

Today is more than a celebration, it’s a tribute.

We tried out the new Charcuterie Grazing Box trend today for a sweet friend!

I’m loving the concept! Add your crackers and dips around the border once you set out the display so the crackers don’t get stale or soggy! Once your guests have grazed all they want you can box it back up and put it in the fridge! ✨

This Sunday, April 19th, will mark our final event serving as the Concessionaire at the Martin County Community Complex.

What began as an exciting opportunity to serve our community has grown into a season that challenged us, refined us, and ultimately redirected our vision. While this decision did not come lightly, it is one that aligns with the next level of growth for Quest Hospitality.

We are deeply grateful for every guest we had the honor of serving and for the experiences that helped shape where we are headed.

As we close this chapter, we are stepping fully into what we do best: curating elevated, full-service dining experiences from private events and weddings to luxury catering, grazing tables, and private jet services, our focus is shifting toward a more refined and intentional hospitality experience.

We will absolutely continue to cater events at the Community Center and would love the opportunity to be part of your next event there.

QHC had the opportunity to cater a beautiful wedding last night at the 1884 Plaza in Stanton.

We started the evening off with a cocktail hour that consisted of our specialty paloma & spicy margarita mocktails, tea, pink lemonade and water, accompanied by a chips & dip bar that displayed red and green salsa, pico, guacamole, and queso.

For dinner, guest were served our signature beef fajitas, chicken & cheese enchiladas, with rice and beans.

The Martin County Convent is such a beautiful venue. We were blessed to work with such wonderful staff who truly take pride in their venue and their guests.

Let us make your special occasion one to remember and book with us for your next event. Big or small, we can handle it all!

Two last minute Easter Boards we put together for a client yesterday! We do personal size boxes all the way up to large event grazing tables!

These trays are great for traveling - if you fly private we cater private jets orders!

The Martin County Championship Club will be holding their stock show at the Martin County Community Complex starting tomorrow, Thursday the 15th through Saturday the 17th. We will have the south concession and the food truck fired up and ready to serve you!👨🏻‍🍳

1️⃣5️⃣ Thursday night - concession ONLY with walking tacos, nachos, frito pies, hot dogs and chili cheese dogs, snacks and drinks.
1️⃣6️⃣ Friday - concession AND food truck from start to end of show.
1️⃣7️⃣ Saturday - concession AND food truck open for breakfast and lunch ONLY.
