The Kingston, Lil’ Viper, and Starlite Reverb 10 each approach tone differently, all built with the same level of detail and feel you expect from a Magnatone.

Now available at Guitar Center

We’re pleased to welcome Guitar Center as a retail partner for the Slash Collection, now available at select flagship locations and online.

The Slash Collection includes the Super Fifty-Nine M-80 and Baby M-80 (head, cab, and combo) in Purple Python, along with the SL-100 and Lil’ Viper. These are the same amplifiers Slash uses in the studio and on stage, with the SL-100 and Lil’ Viper developed in direct collaboration with him.

Each model is built in the USA and reflects a different part of his approach to tone.

We appreciate Darryl Jones () and Jean-Paul Bourelly () taking the time to stop by the Magnatone shop while in St. Louis with the Miles Electric Band.

They’re here performing at Jazz St. Louis for the Miles Davis centennial, April 8–12, just across from the Fox Theater where Darryl first played with Miles. If you’re in St. Louis this week, it’s worth your time.

Darryl spent time with a rare vintage Versatone bass amp while he was here, associated with Magnatone engineer Don Bonham. Jean-Paul tried a few of the new Magnatone amps and spent the most time with the Varsity Reverb.

Magnatone welcomes Guitar Center as a retail partner for The Slash Collection. Guitar Center will now carry the full lineup of Slash signature Magnatone amplifiers at flagship locations and online.
