The university of California did a study:
🛏 1 week = 3 million bacteria (🚽 That's 17,442 times more than a toilet seat!)

I hate laundry! Its literally the worst chore. I used to use the most highly scented laundry detergent with those scent beads and fabric softeners and dryer sheets cause I loved that "fresh laundry smell." But clean doesn't have a smell and all those dryer sheets and beads are toxic, so when your inhaling that "laundry smell" you are inhaling toxic VOCs.

I'd never thought about the products I was using in my laundry for my family and pets. The fillers and fragrances can be irritating to skin for not only people but pets too. We have made the clean switch. If you would like more information on making the switch I'd love to help. What kind of laundry detergent do you currently use?

Fall cleaning tip: Before turning on your furnace it is recommended to change the filters on your furnaces and air conditioning vents. This helps prevent all kinds of and insect bodies from being blown into your for people and pets to inhale! Turning on your furnace can also bring on and symptoms when a year's worth of accumulated dust, pollen and blows out of the ducts into the air. How do you dust in your home?

Spotlight Sunday

We are having a house guest & I've been busy at work setting up a nice space for her to stay/sleep. Today before putting on new sheets on the bed I spritzed it with the mattress cleaner. This enzyme based spray will remove body odour, dust mites, pet dander and more. Safe to use around your family and pets. Use on mattresses, pet beds, pillows, stuffed animals, and other fabrics that can't be washed.

I also used it on a stuffed toy that can be washed I bought for my neice at a resell it shop.
