Introduced a few new styles of necklaces last night at Oteil & Friends at Atomic. This India Agate + Ocean Jasper combination was the first to find its new home. 😊

I like creating with spirals because they often make me think of paths and journeys, and I'm grateful mine has opened doors to experiences like last night. ⚡

TONIGHT! ⚡ I'm excited to say you can find The Finch & The Forest at the Atomic Block Party for Oteil & Friends. I'll have a few returning favorite styles on my tables as well as a lot of new handcrafted gemmy goodness. I think the best jewelry carries stories with it. Every stone in this little bowl holds history, folklore, and symbolism carried across different parts of the world and over so many generations - with some of my favorite stories tracing back to places like Ancient Greece, Persia, and the Pacific Northwest.

I never really get tired of working with the same stones because when you're holding something with so much history attached to it, there's always more to learn and appreciate.

Sometimes I wonder if that's part of what keeps other people returning to certain stones over and over again, like me.

Is there a particular stone you always find yourself coming back to?

BACK ☀️ ON 🌙 LINE ✨ Suns & Moons have been relisted for the first time in over a year and a half!

Oh that's right, did you hear I relaunched my e* t* s* y*? For now, there's a handful of pendants, bracelets, and earrings & since these are all pieces I've been holding onto for a while, they are marked to (hopefully) find their homes quickly! 👀

And one little upgrade - these suns & moons now come on adjustable chains, so they're perfect for layering or changing up the length depending on the vibe. ✨

Poking around some stones today. Lapis lazuli has been a favorite of mine ever since the first time my dad took me to a metaphysical store sometime in the 90s and bought me my first few tumbled stones to take home. He's been gone a long time now and truthfully I don't have a lot of great memories of him, but I hold on tight to that one.

I still remember those stones and crystal bracelets - they now make up the core group of gems I return to most. The memory makes creating pieces like this lapis lazuli pendant feel a little more personal in my hands.

Spending my time handcrafting adornments and researching stones, trying to share their history and the legends tied to them, can feel a little silly when the world is the way it is today.

But then again, there's something that keeps me coming back to it. Tiny acts of beauty, curiosity, memory, and making things by hand matter to me. Maybe now more than ever.

This piece is ready to find its home.

Looking back on some of my favorite Finch moments of 2025. Here's a little throwback to springtime at STLPRFM. I loved having my friend Clownvis stop by my booth for a bit. Definitely one of the highlights of my year. Swipe to check out the never-before-seen clips we filmed. 😂
