Easy Peasy Cooking!

I used to be a good cook. A VERY GOOD home cook. Fortunately, my mother taught me at a very young age how to cook delicious food FROM SCRATCH. Back in those days we grew our own vegetables, fruits, and even proteins like chicken, rabbit, pork, and beef. I learned how to dress meats, how to cure vegetables, and can goods for the long cold winters when we couldn’t make it to the store, miles away, or didn’t have the money to buy from the local grocery or feed store. I carried my love, my knowledge, and my appreciation of “home cooked” meals for many decades into the future.

As I have gotten older, though I still love that “from scratch” cooking experience, I realized that there’s a smarter way to get that deliciousness with a lot less effort, a lot less time, and a lot MORE flavor. I am a GREAT COOK with re-mixed gourmet food mixes from The Gourmet Cupboard!!
