I get it.

I didn't want this commitment.

My kids and I fell hard for Usborne & Kane Miller books. I would attend the parties and feel zero guilts buying my kids more books.

I was invited to buy a kit and sell those books multiple times and my answer was unwavering: NOPE not doing that. I had a laundry list of excuses too that I kept in my head. "I am exhausted." "MLM - ick." "I don't need your 'community' - I have friends in real life thank you very much." "It's going to cost a lot." "I would fail."

But then I started getting curious, my kids were sleeping through the night, I realized my identity was 'mom of littles" and I was losing more of what made me...me. I started to ask myself, "could you actually make money?" My decision changed from "nope" to "I'll reevaluate in 6 months" to now which is "okay, I'm still in." 😊

Do you have a kiddo who loves to draw and create stories? Perhaps they will become illustrator.
