We have a great week lined up for you at Charred!

Cream of chanterelle soup with bacon and green onion

Lunch special is fried green tomato and mortadella sandwich on house focaccia with burrata, red onion, fall salad mix and secret sauce

Dinner special will be spinach and mushroom ravioli from pastapluseugene served in creamy chanterelle sauce with leeks and bacon.

Our cheesecake is Hazelnut-chocolate with a chocolate graham crust.

Oat porridge sourdough loaves are fresh out of the ovens!

We got some amazing Brussels sprouts from camas_swale_farmer, served fried with sage, balsamic glaze, olive oil and goat cheese.

We have 16 more of our sweet chile chicken sandwich remaining… when they’re gone they won’t be back for a while so don’t wait or you may miss out.

We’re having some car trouble today and will be opening an hour late.
We hope you come out this evening and join the Halloween celebration at Springfield Museum…. I mean the Screamfield General Hospital!
It’s fun for the whole family with delicious pizza, pasta, soup and salad waiting across the street to calm your nerves!

We’ve got some fun stuff to share with you this week! Ever wondered how awesome meatball mix would be as a burger? We have and it’s delicious, so we’re running meatball burgers on focaccia for lunch this week 🙌

We had a blast with Caleb Hawn’s Totally Thai Chicken sandwich pop-up! You all sold us out in 45 minutes 😳😳. So we’ll be doing a repeat very soon!

This week we’ve also got sausage and white bean soup with hydra kale. And small shell bacon Mac n cheese with caramelized onions for dinner.
