✨🤠 Disco Cowgirl turned SEVEN! 🪩💗

We had the sweetest little disco cowgirl birthday party for our sassy Mae! 🎀 From the pink and cow-print details to the cookie cakes and all the sparkly touches, we had so much fun putting it all together. 🩷

Of course, the storm had other plans and definitely did a number on our balloon garland 😂🌧️🎈but we did our best and made it work! And honestly, seeing her so happy made every bit of it worth it. 🥹💕

✨ Every business has a beginning. This is mine. ✨

Today, I’m still working in education. But I’m also building something I believe God placed on my heart.

Not because I have everything figured out. Not because I’m guaranteed success. But because I can’t ignore the feeling that He’s calling me to take the next step.

It all started with a conversation with my husband and me questioning what I’m supposed to do with my life. I knew I didn’t see myself spending my entire career in education, but I wasn’t sure what God was leading me toward.

What I did know was that He had always given me a creative heart. I’ve always loved painting, drawing, designing, and creating things that bring people joy. For the first time, I wondered if the gifts God had given me were meant to become something more than a hobby.

As I prayed about that possibility, I experienced several moments that I personally saw as God gently pointing me in this direction.

Then I walked into a season that stretched my faith and reminded me that following Christ isn’t always comfortable.

During that time, I struggled with figuring out how to get a business started and how to get my name out there. But before I had even started advertising, people began reaching out and asking me to help with their events.

These opportunities came when I wasn’t looking for them, and to me, they felt like confirmation to stop waiting for the “perfect time” and simply take the next leap of faith.

So that’s exactly what I’m doing.

Right now, I’m building Golden Grace Co. one event, one banner, one late night, and one prayer at a time.

I’m still working. I’m still learning. I’m still trusting. And I’m believing that if this is truly where God is leading me, He’ll continue to open the right doors in His timing.

The name Golden Grace Co. reminds me why I started.

Golden represents the beautiful moments we gather to celebrate — the milestones, memories, and blessings that make life so meaningful.

Grace reminds me that I don’t have to build this business on my own strength. Every opportunity, every lesson, and every step forward is a reminder of God’s faithfulness and grace.

This business isn’t just about beautiful celebrations. It’s about having the courage to say “yes” when God places something on your heart.

So whether you’re here for custom banners, event styling, or simply following along as this dream unfolds…
