What an amazing week of events at Hugger Mugger! Check out their Week of Witches schedule and be sure to bring your pup out Sat for the pup costume contest! Grab yourself an amazing cold b**r and enter your pup to win some killer prizes!! 🖤🍺🐾
Starting Saturday we have a week of events to help you get in the Halloween "spirit". Here goes ...
Saturday at midnight we've got a showing of the Rocky Horror Picture Show in partnership with Sanford Yoga and Community Center. $15 gets you prop bags and they need to know asap if you're gonna be here.
Sunday afternoon we've got a Witch or Wizard Hat Workshop with Get Under My Skin to help you look your witchy or wizard-y best.
Monday evening Flora and Fauna Festivities is offering a class on Witch Hazel Potions at 6:30pm. This is the closest you'll get to REAL witchcraft this week, I wish I had the magic words to make FB link to the event to get tickets. Check our hosted FB events or Flora and Fauna's website for tickets.
Tuesday night is Spooky Trivia with yours truly asking the questions. If your team has even one person in costume you get two bonus points in the first round. Categories include Things that Go Bump in the Night, Cursed Objects & Creepy Collectibles, Urban Legends & Scary Folklore &
Spooky Grab Bag.
Wednesday night's crafting class with My Depiction Addiction was a Witch's Apothecary Book Nook but it has sold out! Gotta get in Jessica's classes quick!
Thursday we will run a social media contest for you to show off your spooky cats and kittens.
Friday we are hosting Uncomfortable - A Luke Blegen Art Show. Not so much spooky and witchy but, at times, dark and, as the show title suggested, uncomfortable. Luke will be doing a live painting on Friday starting 4pm-ish, every drink purchased that day includes a raffle ticket to win the painting done live. Great concept and fun, gripping artwork from Luke. On Saturday (Halloween) he will also put his artwork on display in the brewery. Luke is very talented and he's right here in lil' old Sanford, I'm really excited he's selected us to have his show.
Saturday, in addition to Luke's artwork, we are having a Dog Costume Contest. Dress your dog up, come and grab a drink & post a photo tagging us to enter to win treats for you and your pooch. A big thank you to Tramway Dog Grooming and Bark Rebel for helping sponsor the event.
Hope you will join us for some, or all, of this fun goings on!
