Update!
As you guys know I unexpectedly found out I had cancer and then had to get an amputation to remove the tumor from my finger which put delays in orders.

No one prepares you for stuff like this, mentally or physically. Life has been throwing me obstacles left and right the last couple of months. And I won’t lie, it’s been really hard, I’ve wanted to give up many times.

For a new business owner, you learn from these experiences and you learn what works and what doesn’t work, and how to do better and how to prepare.

No one likes to admit fault but I’ve failed you guys in many ways. But I hear you and I’m learning and taking in every opinion to grow and to be better. I want to show my kids and even myself to never give up, even if life tears you down because it’s what you do with it that matters. I won’t lie, I definitely went through a scary depressing phase through this. But I got up, because of you guys.

I’ve definitely been embarrassed about how long it’s taking me to get orders out, coming back to work I thought I’d be able to get orders out fast and efficient..but there are so many things I didn’t take in accountable that in the long run should of been a priority.
Communication is key. And I never want you guys to feel like you aren’t being heard because you are.

I did have an assistant up until April answering messages for me. It is nice having help, but as I’ve learned from you guys, you need to be hearing from me. That way nothing is getting missed, no one is waiting. But the issue now is, just catching up with messages. I had to turn off comments on posts and being honest, with the amount DM’s on here, emails, Facebook messages, tik tok messages, I just got way overwhelmed and the pressure was getting the best of me mentally.

As far as orders...If you are waiting on a message from me, you’ll hear from me. That is my only priority this week.. I’m hoping this post makes you feel a little better, I am so sorry for how long it’s taking me to make one, I am trying the best I can to make sure everything is done.

Happy Monday everyone!

It is the first day of March and a new week! I am working beyond overtime to make sure that orders are getting caught up. I appreciate everyone that has been so kind and patient with me.

Just to fill you in, I had surgery on my finger two weeks ago. The doctors immediately realized that I would need another more invasive surgery and eventually came to the decision that I would need to have the top part of my finger amputated. Not exactly what I had planned, but we are working with it. Friday I have my surgery and my left arm will be completely out of commission for at least one week. I am doing my absolute best to get new proofs ready and sent out for approval so that while I recover they can all be printed and mailed out.
