Had a phone call this morning from a number I didn't recognize.. from Kentucky.. but they took the time to leave a message, so of course I had to return the call.

A little dude from Georgetown, KY has been giving popsicles to first responders in his area. His mother was telling me that right now, they cannot find a single box of pops within a 3 hour drive! They had done some looking and came across Otter Pop Hour, and she sent a few photos of the shirts he had put together to raise money for more popsicles for the police and fire departments.

Otter Pop Hour just dropped a box off at FedEx full of popsicles for you to give away to our heroes in red and blue out there my man, keep being the good!

Played phone tag with Ashley for a few weeks but was FINALLY able to stop in and thank our Ogden PD & FD and drop off some cases to the teams. Great meeting with Molly, Derek, Lindsay, and Garrett.

To our local heroes, thank you. You mean more than you know!

Made a stop down to the Ogden Preparatory Academy to drop off some pops for my good buddy Santiago and all the faculty/student's that attend. Santiago, who teaches 7th and 9th grade down there, was kind enough to give me a tour of the campus and teach me a little about the objectives behind the curriculum being taught and the positive habit forming guidelines for these young adults to practice in their daily lives. Great to see and hear from members in the community who continue to be the good.

OPH wants to highlight Cameron West, along with Chris Gronkowski & the rest of the Ice Shaker team this week.

If you watch "Shark Tank", you may have seen the "Ice Shaker" idea presented by Chris Gronkowski and his brothers/family (Rob Gronkowski, former New England Patriot tight end, current Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end). It's an absolute game changer for the gym goer. They offer a wide range of products, including but not limited to, tumblers, protein, and top shelf custom shaker bottles.

Chris and his team made a custom shaker bottle for our South Ogden City Fire Chief, Cameron West, to show their/our appreciation for everything him and his team does for the community.

OPH stopped by one of our favorite places this evening, Slackwater Pub & Pizzeria here in downtown Ogden to drop a case of Otter Pops into their freezer for their team! Pleasure meeting Jessica and Olivia, who both seem to share the mentality in their community! Great meeting individuals who truly care about spreading positivity around where they live!
