ProEdge recently built a PE-BSP12 self-propelled all aluminum 12 gal. 100" sprayer for The Cliffs at Keowee Falls golf course complex in South Carolina. This is their third self-propelled ProEdge sprayer that they use to paint greens and other turf areas on their seven golf courses. Click on pictures and read descriptions please.

ProEdge Sprayers modified a Polaris sprayer unit to make it spray 28ft. boomless and with little or no fines--driftable particles and with full electronic controls.

Solenoid valves, butterfly motorized pressure control valve, movable switch box, and hose reel are also part of the upgrade. New 5.5gpm diaphragm 12v. pump and group 27 deep cycle battery with on board charger rounds it out.

We just installed a ProEdge ZTR front mounted sprayer on a Kubota diesel ZTR for a Newton Grove commercial applicator. Unit will spray a total of 36ft. with a very uniform pattern using a 100" center boom and a boomless tip on each boom end. Width is easily selected by 5 solenoid valves and lighted console switches.

Unit has a 20gal. tank that will cover 2 acres at 20psi and 4mph. Digital GPS speedometer shows the accurate speed. Frame is high density aluminum--easy to put on and take off. 12v. diaphragm pump delivers 5.5gpm--plenty spray capacity even for the 36ft. of width.
