Fields of Grace Ministries is looking for a Community & Donor Engagement Manager to join our team!

This is a relational, people-focused role centered around building meaningful relationships with donors, churches, community partners, volunteers, and Grace Guests, while supporting events, outreach, and ministry engagement.

📍 Shiloh, GA
💻 Hybrid: remote + on-site
🌱 Part-time to start, with potential to grow into full-time

We’re looking for someone who is mission-minded, organized, reliable, compassionate, proactive, and genuinely loves people.

Experience in nonprofit development, ministry, donor relations, community engagement, hospitality, or relationship-based work is helpful but not required.

Looking for a field trip your students will actually remember? At Fields of Grace Flower Farm, we combine hands-on learning, outdoor adventure, and unforgettable experiences in a beautiful farm setting.

Students will explore our sunflower maze, meet farm animals, discover the importance of pollinators, learn about flower farming, enjoy STEAM activities, and create fun crafts along the way!

Whether you’re a homeschool group, preschool, daycare, private school, or public school, we’d love to welcome your class this fall.
