Late afternoon post office run today.

Morning got dedicated to the garden project and that's okay.

The business still moves.

Bag is packed, labels are on, and we're headed out before close.

That's the thing about doing this for yourself.

You get to decide how the day goes and still get the work done.

What did your day look like today?

He blessed me with an awesome gift.

Friday at the market and it was a slow one.

Probably the slowest day we've had all year.

Best seller of the day was the carpenter bee traps, so at least something was moving.

Tomorrow is looking like a washout with rain in the forecast.

Three day weekend and we're already dealing with weather on day two.

Saturday we'll see what happens.
Sunday is still wide open.

If you've been thinking about coming out to see us, Sunday might be your best shot.

Who else is setting up this weekend? 👇

Coffee is getting me ready for the day.

And it's going to need to work overtime because the day is already packed.

Running into town first, gotta grab supplies for the flea market this weekend.

Post office stop to drop packages, a quick errand for myself, and then a delivery to make.

Come home, load the van, and then we wait on the Lowe's delivery for the garden project.

That's the kind of day that sounds like a lot but its the normal chaotic Thursday for us.

Flea market this weekend, if you've been sleeping on coming out to see us in person, this is your reminder.

What's everybody's Thursday looking like?

Knocked out 36 bee traps this morning and getting ready for the flea market this weekend.🐝

Now it’s time to make a post office run, keep the momentum rolling, and then gear up for our Whatnot sunglasses show this afternoon. 😎

No slowing down around here. Build it, ship it, sell it, repeat.

Who else is putting in work today?

Little setup upgrade for the Whatnot grind today. 🎮📦

Picked up a new we**am for the shows so we ain’t gotta keep using the phone setup.

Only cost us $20, so for that price we figured it was worth taking a shot on it.

If it works good, it’ll make running shows a lot easier. Better angles, easier to manage, and the phone stays free.

We got a video game show this afternoon, so this we**am is getting tossed straight into the fire on day one 😂

Sometimes you don’t need expensive gear… just something that gets the job done.

Anybody else start with the cheap setup first before going big? 👀

The lack of listing is starting to show, especially on my 90 day ebay total.

Do you guys ever make items and flip them?

Some of the most consistent products I sell are handmade.

This is year 5 of building these carpenter bee traps 🐝

I sell them for $12 at the flea market
(yeah… I wish I could get $15 but y’all know how it is up there 😅)

Some weekends I’ll get lucky and a cabin owner will come through and buy a bunch at once.

But here’s what adds up 👇

If I sell around 300–400 of these…

👉 That’s $3,000–$4,000+ from one simple product.

The part most people don’t see…
It’s time consuming.

But it’s not like I’m working on them all day.

It’s a couple hours here… couple hours there…

And before you know it, you’ve got a whole stack ready to sell.

That’s what I’m focused on this year 👇
👉 Using this to help pay off the car completely
No crazy strategy.

No viral product.

Just consistency… and stacking small wins.

A lot of people overlook handmade items…

But they can be one of the most reliable ways to bring in extra money.

👉 Who else flips handmade items?
What are you making? 👇

This is why we take shots on Amazon mystery boxes… 📦🔥

Paid $45 for this one.

And just look at what came out of it 👇

• 4-pack camping lantern
• SIX lamps (these alone are selling around $70 each 😳)
• Pair of shoes
• Big bag of pre-workout/creatine
• 12 beanies with Headlamps
• 6 cases of purple teeth whitening pens
• Plus a bunch of other random items
And the best part…

👉 Most of it is NEW
👉 Tons of resale potential
👉 Easily a few hundred dollars worth of product here.

Complete opposite of the last box we opened.
This is the game with mystery boxes:

You take a loss on one…

Then the next one makes up for it and then some.

High risk… but the upside is REAL.

Would you take the gamble on these?

Or stick to guaranteed flips? 👇

Took a shot on one of those Porch Pirates mystery boxes… 💸📦

Paid $60 thinking we might hit something big (they advertise chances at stuff like a Nintendo Switch 👀)

Opened it up and here’s what we got:

• Cheese board (probably $20 resale)
• Grinch pillow
• Random clothes
• Starlink RV bracket/install piece
• Drapes

Sounds decent at first… until you realize 👇
👉 EVERYTHING was a return
👉 Not brand new
👉 Some of it is gonna be a harder sell

So realistically…

This one’s looking like a LOSS.

That’s the game sometimes.

You win some… You learn some.

Still fun to crack it open and see what’s inside,
but this is a good reminder:

Not every gamble pays off.

Would you take a shot on one of these boxes for $60?

Or stick to stuff you KNOW you can flip? 👇
