I’m Karen Kero, creator of this page.
I’ve never really introduced myself here, so I guess I could do that now.

About me:
I married my sweet Swedish husband 10 years ago and moved to Sweden. Being of Finnish heritage and always having been interested in all things Finnish, I loved life in Sweden. Although,I feel more Swedish than Finnish now 😂.

We have 3 beautiful children ( 2 born in Sweden 1 born in USA).
We are trying to be a bilingual family ( kids prefer English now😭).

About 2 years ago, we moved to Texas to try a warmer climate( I’m originally from NH).

While living in Sweden I took a class by some sweet Sami ladies making tennarmband( pewter bracelets) aka Sami bracelets in the states.
I purchase all my supplies still from these ladies.
The cool part?
Most of my reindeer leather comes from my husband’s family operated ( owned by some of his uncles now- his Great grandfather started it in 1929) reindeer leather factory in Northern Sweden.

The company name is www.kero.se - check them out. They make the coolest shoes, slippers, bags etc from reindeer leather.

It truly warms my heart.

I have most of my bracelets listed now and I’ll take time eventually to list them one by one with price and size.
