Have you seen a this dark before?!👀 Unfortunately, I did not catch this fish and found him on the side of a tributary breathing but dying. I saw no marks on him indicating an animal found it and honestly looked like the work of an angler who did not take care of this beautiful fish after catching him. It’s sad and unfortunate and in my opinion unsportsmanlike to release a fish in poor condition to die and be wasted. Unless you plan on keeping your fish I ask that all fishermen take good care of these animals so many future generations have the ability to partake in this amazing and wonderful sport.

First creek fish of the year! The water is still pretty fast making it difficult. After many holes, fly changes, and line setups was the key with a small . And best of all I didn’t get skunked 😬
