SUMMARY: Visionary founder of early stage startup with solid traction and product/market fit looking for right hand man/women to execute vision and accelerate growth of startup.

ROLE: COO, Head of Operations, President or something along those lines

DESCRIPTION: XION is growing and we are looking for

someone who can help our startup handle and accelerate our growth. This person would at first directly do all of the following roles and then would eventually help recruit talent to build and lead a team to do the following roles:
* Find new customers
* Onboard new customers
* Customer success
* Build processes for sales, onboarding, customer success, etc.
* Growth hacking
* Marketing

Preferable this person has previous experience creating growth for an early stage startup and understands the nature of the role and thrives in the role.

COMPENSATION: Salary ($0 to $5k/month) + Options (5-9%). Negotiable and depends on experience and fit.

STARTUP DESCRIPTION: XION makes badass software for small retailers. Our consumer-centric retailing platform includes a point of sale, inventory tracking, work order tracking, two-way text messaging, CRM, automated marketing, reputation management, and an e-commerce marketplace. The power of XION is in combining and simplifying many disparate tools into one platform that empowers the small retailer to do more with less in a way that best reaches the 21st century shopper.
