Frequently asked questions/comments
1. Please keep all messages, comments, and questions to English. Google translate can only do so much and isn't always the best.
2. Size, dimensions, and all pictures available are in the listing and listing description.
There isn't much information that can be provided or pictures outside of that.
There are no custom orders, these are pre-made as is. What you see is what you will get.
3. Unfortunately at times due to being out of stock there may be orders canceled and refunded. If that's the case a message will typically go out informing of this.
4. Prices are firm and non-negotiable, along with shipping prices as well.
The only exception is if you intend on buying in bulk as in 10 items/units or more a 5 percent discount can be applied towards the total.
5. Ratings, reviews, and feedback are always welcome and appreciated. If you have a problem with your order, want a return or refund please send a message.
6. Orders will be updated typically with tracking within 1-2 days.
7. Please keep all communication civil, and relevant to questions about an item or an ongoing order.
8. All products aside from a few (kefir grains so far) are shipped or mailed, I don't need your payment information, cell phone or address. If shipping isn't available it likely is an error and please send a message about it.
9. Typically orders aren't accepted outside of facebook marketplace such as cashapp, paypal, etc.
