🚨 PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING🚨

- Your decorator (myself) needs to be PAID in FULL prior to your event, your decorator (myself) needs to be communicated with regularly (especially when it comes to changes regarding your event), your decorator (myself) should be aware of any and all outside vendors that have been booked regarding your event to ensure a smooth and easy set up with no surprises.

- Deposit/Partial payment is due at the time you receive your contract. In your contract final payment/balance is due by the date agreed upon.

- If you can NOT adhere to my (30) day paid in full requirement, an additional fee WILL be applied to your balance and if not paid, you will forfeit your deposit in entirety and your event will be cancelled. You will no longer be allowed to book with Extraordinary Events By Kina in the future.

- You are NOT officially a client of E.E by Kina until deposit has been paid. I will not hold any dates/times unless a payment has been made. NO EXCUSES or EXCEPTIONS.
