Just under a week until the next Really Really Free Market!

What would you love to pick up for free at the market?

One of the most common FAQs is "Can I drop things off and leave?"

Answer: It depends!

The Really Really Free Market isn't an organization or nonprofit. We're just neighbors showing up to share and build community. If we all just dropped things off at the park we'd be making a mess 😩 so the general expectation is that you are responsible for packing out whatever you pack in if it isn't taken.

If you can't stay at the market, you're welcome to:

-Set up at 10 and come back at 1 to clean up your market spot (check out Scappoose Public Library District, Scappoose Farmer's Market, Columbia Feed & Supply, or some of our other local shops!)

-Talk to one of the other neighbors there and ask if they can take on your leftovers. There's usually at least one or two folks who would be glad to help re-home small items if they don't get picked up. 😊

No, all leftover items must be removed from the park at the end of the event.
Leftover dontation sites:
-food items, books, and games may be donated to the Scappoose library
-clothes, housewares, and other items can be donated to Top Notch Thrift Store: 1544 Columbia Blvd, St Helens
-furniture and appliances can be donated to Habitat Restore: 164 Little St, St Helens

Remember that you don't have to be financially struggling to pick things up at the RRFM. Come shop here first!

Every item that finds a new home is a link of community connection, something kept out of the landfill, dollars saved to spend locally (check out the Farmer's Market next door!), and reinforcement that together we live in abundance ❤️
