Daddy, I want an alpaca! Pacas with my pack on a private farm tour with a personal introduction to all of the animals

Who knew how polite the alpacas would be!

Cool facts about Pacas :

They make great pets and are clean animals.

They're "potty trained " meaning they always go to the bathroom in the same spot.

They're native to South America (you'll find most pacas in peru)

They ARE NOT lamas

They are community animals and thrive off bonding with people and other pacas.

They shear the fur once a year.

If they feel like you're neglecting them, they become a little jealous and it shows! they'll make a noise and give you a warning before they just outright spit on you. Yes they spit, but for good reason 😝 no they did not spit on us.

They are soooooooo soft, and feel like the inside of a luxurious ugg boot, and they really are the sweetest animals!!!!

If you do visit , please be respectful of the home and land, do not speed down the roads, do not blast loud music, do not throw trash out the window, etc. This is a peaceful serene spot , and a family environment that's tucked away in the hills . This is NOT a petting zoo! It's a home for the pacas! And the love the owners have for them, really shows!

Platforms, Petals, and Pink ✨️ Holy Polly Pocket.

Halfways points (Mid February - Mid March)

The lord blessed my Great Grandma with another year, 92. We're 5 generations deep. Great grandma, My grandma, My mom, Me, and My son.

I tried all the seasonal matchas that were released for spring. That Yuzu one, so weird, but in a really good way ! Not a fan of the blueberry, it was just too milky and sweet for me. I usually just stick to a regular iced matcha sweetened with honey.

I spent most of my time in Pismo managing and helping grow social media accounts (btw the presence and engagement we've grown, is off the charts, numbers don't lie 📈)

Still trying my best to "homestead" in a world full of crazy chemicals. It's not hard, it just takes time, but all good things usually do.

The things I would do for a in California.

It's basically the closest thing we'll get to a Don Quijote.

They have everything you could possibly think of,
From skincare, to candy, to snacks, to plushies.... and some of the most interesting drinks, you could literally spend hours in here, well I did anyways 😝

if you don't know what your going in for (Because of the language barrier) It can be a little overwhelming

I came for skincare. Conquered and Left with a suitcase.

Skincare Consumer Tip: **When buying Korean or Japanese skincare, its important to grab the ones that AREN'T formulated in the U.S !

Another epic birthday side quest. Totally unplanned, but somehow got a reservation 🤌✨️

They literally treat the birthday guest like royalty once you arrive 🎂👑

I highly recommend taking a day to spend here if you've never been! It's not everyday you get to snorkel, touch, and swim with the ocean animals 🐬

Absolutely kid friendly, and 100% worth the price. This place is the definition of relaxation, its like leaving to tropical paradise without needing a passport! All inclusive, lazy river, snorkeling, etc.

Prepping you for Monday! NO EXCUSES!

Core Workout you can try at home. no gym needed. weights are optional! I add in a chest lift but that is also optional. if you do a chest lift make sure you tuck your chin and keep your gaze forward, to avoid any strain on your neck.

If you feel any pain in your lower back, reduce your ROM (range of motion) meaning don't bring your legs / feet so low. BREATHE throughout the exercises. big inhale through your nose, and slow exhale through pursed lips.

This (movements) is about control, precision, breathwork, alignment, and connection.

1. Single leg stretch
*optional chest lift and bicep curl*

2. Double leg stretch
*optional chest lift, weights*

3. Scissors w/weights and alternating curls

4. Lower and lift

5. Heel beats
