✨ **Whispers of Dusk** ✨🌊

I’m excited to share my latest oil painting. Measuring 24”x30”. In the quiet moments just before nightfall, the world transforms. This painting captures the beauty of a dark sea cradling the last whispers of sunlight, as vibrant clouds dance across the horizon.

Each brushstroke tells a story of transition, where light and shadow embrace, reminding us that even in the depths of darkness, beauty can emerge. 🌌

Oil painting is showing me patience and self-trust. Each brushstroke invites me to slow down and appreciate shifting perspectives, both in my own art and in others’ interpretations. This journey fosters self-discovery and celebrates the beauty of diverse expressions.

✨After losing my Mom unexpectedly, I stepped away from creating. Grief took all of my energy, and I had to learn how to live without her while also carrying her with me.
This letterpress card is a way I can honor the memory of her. My mom was born in the U.S. but lived in South Africa when she had me and my older sister. She had such a deep love for that place.
The protea, native to South Africa, is a symbol of resilience, strength, and courage. To me, it will always be pure magic—just like my mom.
She was the biggest encourager of every creative obsession I had. This card feels like a way of honoring both her love and her magic, and a small step toward finding my way back to art again. 💖✨💕

It’s time for Christmas cards, but 99% are generic photos and cheesy sayings. 🫣

While I'm all for sending cards (it’s sorta my thing 😏), I like to send something special to my close family and friends. They can keep a handwritten note on beautiful archival cotton paper that lasts a lifetime. When they text or call me later, thanking me for taking the time to see all that they have done-

My heart expands like the Grinch 💚

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported me at my open studio. I love opening my doors and sharing my space and the beautiful machines that help me create all my letterpress. I so often am alone in my studio and having an open studio really brings in inspiration and energy. Thank you all for supporting me. ✨🙏🏻
