Does your hair fall out when you’re stressed?
Did you know that even healthy stress, such as exercise, can cause your hair to fall out?
Because, even though we love our hair, our body doesn’t need it for survival.
If our body thinks we are in danger (aka stress), it will eliminate anything not essential to survival (aka hair).
It was tricky for me. I didn’t think stress caused my hair to fall out for the longest time because I didn’t lose my hair until after the stressful event in my life.
The reason for this is because our immune system rises during stress, and “crashes” when we finally relax. This is why a lot of people get sick when they go on vacation. They relax, and the body lowers its defenses.
When I switched shampoo and conditioner, I was at the peak of a stressful time. Within two weeks, I lost less hair in the shower than I had in the year. 🙌🏼

I love to travel.
But I don’t like not getting paid while I travel, so I joined something that would allow me to have both.
I wanted to go back to school.
But I also wanted to save money for a house, so I joined something that allows me to do both.
I wished to make more money while also having financial freedom, so I joined something that allows me to do both.

This product saves my life 👏🏼
I have always struggled with split ends. I was skeptical when I heard about a product that claims to ‘mend’ split ends, and GUYS I am so glad I tried it anyway!
Rejuvabeads is the ONLY product on the market proven to mend split ends. Apply 2–3 pumps to freshly washed and damp hair, let it sit for 1–2 minutes, and your hair will be noticeably smoother.
I like to get out of the shower, kill some time, then brush my hair back until it tangles. I apply Rejuvabeads, let it sit, then brush through the tangles. My brushes out easier and pulls less hair out of my head.

You don’t NEED a supplement to support hair growth, but you do need nutrients. 🥬
If you are getting a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, and animal products then you probably don’t need a supplement to support your hair growth.
If life is a little hectic, and you are living off Frosted Flakes like I am, then a supplement is a great way to support your body during this time!
Hair is not essential for survival, so when we are in a stressful season, our hair is the first thing to go.

I loathed my hair.
I disliked it because it wouldn’t grow. And I hated it because I never felt confident with it.
I tried everything to a point that I almost gave up. I thought I was stuck with this hair I loathed.

Let’s talk about all the good things and the bad things that may be:
The good things: 🎉
Our hair and skin LOVE oil. Adding oil to your beauty routine can help with acne, scaring, dry skin, oily skin, and also help bring hair back to life. Most skin cleansers and shampoos strip all the oils from your skin and hair (good and bad) causing your skin to react with dryness, excess oil production, or acne. And hair to react with dryness, excess oil production, or hair loss.
The bad things: 🤯
Not all oils are created equal. Some oils molecule structure is too big to be absorbed my our skin and hair. When oils can not be absorbed, they sit on top of hair and skin and our body is unable to utilize them.
When you’re shopping for an oil, check out these two things:
1️⃣ Is the oil absorbable by your hair and skin?
2️⃣ And is the oil natural or synthetic? Natural oils are easier to absorb by the body.
