Is it still a "Classic" if you brain-fart and use flat tinsel over the rear half of the body? Oh, and the head isn't warped - it just had a bit of very wet cement on it, and I had to rotate it to dry.

Note to self: when you've been tying simple saltwater flies for a couple months, and then decide to go back to Classics because "it'll be fun", Maybe start with something a little easier.

This 3/0 is going to a certain well-drilling leprechaun with a heart of gold - he's also got a camp on the Little Southwest Miramichi, so bribery/persuasion may be in play. 🤓

My new OCD fly tying room/office is just about complete. I used Home Depot's Husky tool chests (72" & 54") because they have drawers for days, and finished everything off with a white Corian countertop. Ikea cabinets store my tying library.
I think I finally have all the storage I need, and best of all, it gets a thumbs up from SheWhoMustBeObeyed..

Getting ready for the FFI Southwest Council's Fly Fishing Show in Glendale, CA this weekend.
