Today, I checked out near my childhood home in the Kansas City area. I have been following the opening of the store on Facebook. My best friend and I stocked up on some supplies today. Stay tuned to see the wet felting layouts we create.

Unfortunate learning experience

I made some gorgeous rolags from Elsie Bits by Created by Elsie B. I didn't pay enough attention when moving them from one place to another. Some caught on the edge of the tray and pulled apart.

Sigh. I guess I get to spin these.

We're doing a Giveaway! During our show (Saturday at 1:30 PST), but it requires a little prep from you, so we wanted to share now 😉 Marie Feathers Fiber Crafts and I have decided to do another collection, and we want some inspiration from you! We would love for you to share with us a piece of art that you have created, that you would be comfortable with us sharing and using as the inspiration for a colorway! To enter the giveaway, watch our live show and either comment a photo of the art or comment that you are messaging us and send it to us directly! We will select one submission to be made into a colorway, and you will receive either yarn or a fiber blend in those colors (you pick ☺️). This means there will be a little bit of delayed gratification for your prize, but we promise it will be worth it!
We are so excited to include you in the making of this new collection and we hope to see you all at our show!
PS - Since I'm expecting incredible art from all of you, if we choose to make colorways from multiple submissions, we will randomly choose the winner from those submissions!
