I wish someone had handed me this list before I bought my first wig. 🤍

If you're shopping for a wig online, here are 3 things to look for before you click buy:

1. Cap construction: does the brand show the inside? If not, ask.
2. Return policy: a brand that believes in their product lets you send it back
3. Hair sourcing: if the listing says "virgin" or "100% Remy" but can't tell you where it's from or how it's processed, keep scrolling

You deserve to feel confident about what you're buying, not confused by the marketing.

Getting approved as a DME wig brand hasn't been easy but this is the first step forward. Our dream is that one day medical wigs will be covered by insurance but for now, this is one step forward that we are taking to help make our community!

For so long, I sat on the sidelines of life, skipping trips, dodging photos, convinced that alopecia had taken something from me I'd never get back.

This? This is me reclaiming it.
