After some much needed discussion and considering the events of the previous 8 months, we have decided that we will be going on an indefinite hiatus. Meaning we will not be working together at this time, but may reunite in the future. Personally, my life is far too busy to not only do the business, but also keep up with this side of things. Luli, in turn, has her own reasons as well. I will still be keeping up with the business side of things so please, if you have any questions, send them directly to me. But I ask for some patience. Alot of people still don't know the struggle of the last 8 months, and while I don't mind to release that info, it's not necessary. To give some highlights, I've had a baby via C-section, moved an entire apartment in less than 30 days by myself, and have been the sole provider of my family for 3 months. It's been crazy. I'm still getting back into my groove and my personal storage where the items from the last post are is still a complete mess.

While ISO Squad may be inactive, Plushies and More will remain as normal as it possibly can be. We are sad to see things turn out the way that they have, but hopefully one day ISO Squad can make a comeback! We thank you all for your support even through all of the troubles.

There are still so many things to put together, so many pieces left untouched, but with the upcoming releases, we can no longer wait to post something. Due to some complications, we will be extending the break one more week. Normal shipping/order processing will resume the following Monday September 21st, 2020.

For anyone who may not know, unfortunately pusheen is not my only job. I do have a full time job where I work a minimum of 50 hours per week. As there are multiple deadlines coming up this week, we have agreed it is safer to have life take it's course this week so we can easily begin processing orders again. We do not want my work schedule getting in the way of your orders. 💖

We will be taking the upcoming week off to improve our shopping experiences with our customers. If there is an in progress order from this previous week (or other weeks if you have added items), they will still be shipped. This time off will not affect the shipments of current orders. We have been experiencing some very frustrating shop issues that have, in a way, been resolved, but we will need some time to update the shop properly to ensure that items are listed correctly to improve the shopping experience.

We will still be answering messages, and even preparing order invoices, but we will not be doing any shipping again until the week of Monday September 14th, 2020 going forward until a post is made informing you otherwise.

How you can avoid our issue:

To better explain the issue, in short, our shop is malfunctioning on the firefox browser. We spent the last 2 weeks arguing with facebook that it wasnt working, and they finally got it fixed on other browsers like Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. To put it bluntly, the shop cannot currently be accessed on Firefox. Please make sure you are NOT using Firefox before accessing the shop, once fully updated, to ensure that it can be accessed.

We appreciate all of you.

We are still processing your orders, some personal things have happened with me, but generally everything is shipped between Saturday and the following Monday due to the schedule I have. Please give me a little bit more of your patience. You have not been forgotten. Everything should be shipping out this coming Saturday August 29th, 2020.

It's official!! The collaboration with ZeroFaded is officially underway! With every order we will be sending 1 of the following designs of stickers as well as a very special item that the wonderful Andie has taken so much time to prepare. Please make sure you go and give her some well deserved love and appreciation for all of the work she put in. ISO Squad even has their own sticker set! There is no minimum order amount at this time to receive one of the designs.

Due to the limited nature of all of the designs, we are unable to take requests for which design to send, but just know that we will now be distributing the items from the collaboration while the supplies last! These items are not for sale, they will be sent with your order with the ISO Squad, so please do not request to buy them from us. If Andie is selling her designs, this will be her decision.
