Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis. If a product is clearly a mistake by us, we will be more than happy to replace the item(s) with the correct product in which was ordered. Due to personal hygiene and the nature of the type of products we sell, we cannot accept returns. NOTE: Please keep in mind that e

verything that comes from the shop of BK Emma-Fae is Handmade. If we need to replace an item that you ordered due to lost or damaged items and we no longer have the exact materials available it/they will be replaced with similar colors, materials, designs, etc. In addition,
BK Emma-Fae is always willing to work with the customer. Please contact us if you have any questions, comments, etc. We are happy to help.

** Some of our products do contain small parts, such as rhinestones, and other such embellishments. Please supervise small children with all BK Emma-Fae products as this may cause a choking risk!! Any accessories containing small embellishments should be worn under adult supervision.
