It’s been a little quiet around here, but the starter has been busy. 🤍

Sometimes life gets busy, and that’s okay. I’ve been in the kitchen, making loaves that have been going to locals’ kitchens-some new and some old-and I appreciate them all.

It’s got the same nostalgic vibes as the dot cake trend, but in sourdough form 🌈

After one taste test, I think this one might need a spot on the summer menu.

Testing out a new flavor for the summer menu and Rosemary Garlic Parmesan is looking like a contender! It’s super flavorful, and I’ve tested it out as sandwich bread for more than a few turkey sandwiches this week!
