I’ve been keeping pretty busy lately, which means I don’t always have time to make up big batches of bars in advance. But don’t worry—I almost always have my Dubai pistachio filling on hand, so I can usually take custom orders anytime! 💚🌰

Here’s a quick guide for ordering:
• Dubai Chocolate Bars → Please allow a couple days’ notice.
• Cheesecakes → At least a few days’ to 1 week notice.
• Strawberry Pistachio Cups → Often ready with just a few hours to one day notice (depending on my work schedule)

I’ve been playing around with my pistachio kataifi filling, and the results have been deliciously experimental!

📸 First two photos: Browniesicles stuffed with pistachio filling and dipped in milk chocolate — rich, sweet, and totally indulgent.

📸 Third photo: A Dubai-style stuffed chocolate chip cookie. Tasty, but the filling absorbed too much into the cookie. Back to the test kitchen — I’m aiming for that gooey center reveal!

📸 Last photo: Dubai chocolate bars on a stick — adorable, delicious, and my kids’ current obsession.

Not every experiment is a win, but that’s part of the fun. Some go in the trash, others just need a tweak. And don’t worry — I’ve got more ideas coming soon.
