But damn, what an amazing day with The Purple Pirates of Pinellas!

We met some absolutely amazing people, everybody was ridiculously friendly, and the pirate attire was FU***NG GREAT. Seriously, these people know how to pirate. ☠️

Captain Brisket and I are beat, but this was one of those days that reminds me why I love doing this.

Great people. Great pirates. Great day.

We'd sail with this crew again anytime. 🏴‍☠️

We’ve dropped anchor at Siren’s Pub in Seminole and we’re here until 5pm today!

There’s a whole crew of seriously cool vendors here, plenty to check out, and of course, a boatload of pirate-worthy chocolate. 🍫🏴‍☠️

And today, Captain Brisket is running the ship… so clearly I’m just here to follow orders. 😂🐾

Florida - today is our day to be heard.

Fun fact: pirate crews were surprisingly democratic for their time. Many elected their captains, agreed on rules together, and could even replace a captain who wasn’t doing the job.

Everybody aboard had a voice.

That’s a tradition worth keeping.

Know what’s on your ballot. Know where you stand. And when election time comes (TODAY FLORIDA) , make your own choice and make your voice heard.

Because nobody wants to wake up and discover the scurviest bastard on the ship got to make all the decisions. 🏴‍☠️

Of course, every good pirate captain needs a first mate.

Fortunately, this is who I got. 😂🏴‍☠️

Meet Captain Brisket, First Mate of the Sweet Revenge.

Her duties include guarding the treasure, inspecting all incoming cargo, sleeping through important meetings and demanding a percentage of anything remotely edible - strict no on the chocolates 😉

She has never sailed a ship.

She has no navigational skills.

She can't read a map.

And there's mounting evidence she'd abandon the entire crew for a piece of chicken.

But she's loyalish, fearful, and unquestionably adorable, so mutiny seems unlikely.

We’ll have the treasure chest loaded with handcrafted truffles, including Kraken Caramel, The Black Spot, Captain’s Coconut Noir, Bonny’s Revenge and plenty more.
