Where motivation can be low and getting going is tough? Me too. Sometimes, motivation seems to slip away, and getting anything done can feel like an uphill battle. We're all human, and we all have those days.

Personally, when I'm feeling unmotivated, I like to take a quick break to stretch, meditate, or step outside for some fresh air. It's amazing how a little change of scenery can make all the difference. It got me wondering... what else works on days like that?
