Once upon a time there was a young lady who fell deeply in love with her gardens. Every moment she spent tending to them she felt such an immense sense of peace and grew to an understanding of what was truly growing there.
A place for healing, a place for knowledge.
Over time the plants started to whisper.
The lady started to listen.
They told stories of how Mother Earth held all of these beautiful healing resources and she wanted them to be known.
They have always been there, we have failed to keep utilizing what was right in front of us.
We had failed to listen to the stories that our ancestors had passed down.
The lady became so enthralled with what the plants had to offer that she began to research.
And experience healing through “alternative” resources. Or was it.
I have not forgotten this lady nor she has forgotten me.
As with everything we too must go through cycles and unfortunately this current cycle must come to an end.
Maybe we jumped to quickly, maybe it just isn't meant to be any longer.
I am sorry to say that The Herbal Gypsy has come to a pause. I have been struggling with this decision for quite some time now and has not been an easy one. Unfortunately it has been continuously pushed to the side and then starts to feel much like a chore rather than the learning and healing space that it was meant to. And with the winter months on the rise, so does my hibernation mode. So this only feels best.
This will give me the space I've been craving to be creative as well as more time to sit and continue to grow my knowledge.
We may come back around. We may change our brand. Possibilities are endless and honestly I'm okay with not having a direct path at the moment. A little space to breath.
I am absolutely grateful for everyone who has purchased a product, every person who has cheered me on, every business who has given me a chance and housed the products in your spaces. Truly grateful!
This is not the end, only a new beginning. 💛🌿
