Last week’s visit to Santa Fe started with a double rainbow - an energy felt the entire trip.
Back home now, back into the rituals of making chocolate, after attending the Women’s Cacao Summit, which felt like a whirlwind of inspiration, and which left me carrying a deep sense of gratitude and momentum.
Cacao continues to be both teacher and connector—bringing craft, art, and remarkable people into a space of intention and purpose. I am so moved to be able to make those connections, amidst stories, knowledge, meals, and chocolate.

Dr. Patricia Crown, who, to my surprise, shared that evidence of cacao has been found in ancient vessels not just in New Mexico’s storied Chaco Canyon, but also here in Arizona.
