We’re taking wellness OUTSIDE! ☀️ Each stop will bring a different experience — movement, community, fresh juice, good energy, and a little something different every time.

🍉 And we’re making it a Market ➡️ Park experience! For each park stop, we’ll hit a local farmers market, shop what’s fresh and in season, and let those finds inspire the featured juice for that event. 🧃

🌙🧘🏾‍♀️ AND YES… ONE OF OUR STOPS WILL BE DIFFERENT DIFFERENT.

We’re planning a LATE NIGHT YOGA experience at an EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE PARK — intimate vibes, nighttime air, movement, relaxation, fresh juice, and a beautiful setting away from the usual park crowd. ✨🌙

Shae & Them Kids Steppin’ Again 😂🔥

At this point, I don’t even have workout partners… I have a whole fitness department 😭😂 I’m trying to hit my steps, they in the background doing side quests, dancing, singing, playing, and occasionally joining in.

Homeschool P.E. 101 😂📚🔥 — Mama got goals to hit, so everybody getting some movement in!

And apparently… everybody on payroll. 😂💪🏾

We love a good farmers market. 🍓🥬🌻

Fresh produce, local vendors, good vibes, and finding ingredients that fuel both my family and my juice business… it’s one of my favorite ways to spend the morning. 💜

There’s just something different about shopping where the community grows what they sell.

The mission was 10K steps × 31 days (310,000 steps)… and the goal was met. ✅

August, we’re running it back. This time, the goal isn’t just to hit 10K a day—it’s to beat 315,200 total steps. Every walk, every workout, every decision to move gets me one step closer.

🌱 July was about planting seeds.

This month taught me that every season has a purpose. Some seasons stretch you, some humble you, and some require you to simply lock in and trust God through it all.

Looking back at my trends, I can see the growth. My active calories increased, July became my strongest month for steps, and I’m building habits that will carry me much further than this month alone.

I spent less time chasing perfect days and more time focusing on the bigger picture—moving my body, honoring the body God gave me, and creating healthy habits that I can sustain for life.

There were days I hit 17k steps. There were days I didn’t reach 10k. But I kept showing up. The goal never changed; the journey just looked different.

More than anything, I’m grateful. Grateful for every challenge, every lesson, every closed door, every redirection, and every opportunity to grow. Sometimes God removes distractions and shifts your focus because He’s calling you to become the person you’re praying to be.

So I’m choosing to stay locked in, trust the process, and keep watering the seeds I’ve planted. 🌱

The harvest will come. Right now, I’m committed to the work. 💜💚

If I’m intentional about what I put into my body, I want to be just as intentional about where it comes from. Today marked Phase 1 of my indoor garden, and I couldn’t think of a better place to start than Cherry Valley Nursery with their organically certified plants.

This is bigger than growing food—it’s about learning a new skill, building healthier habits, and creating a little more self-sufficiency one plant at a time. 🌿

Now it’s time to get everything potted! I’ll keep y’all updated on the progress and the harvests. 🌱🍓🫑🥒
