The numbers are in!

Last year, we sold over 100 units with just over an 8% callback rate within the 60-day warranty period, that is fewer than 1 out of every 10 units!

While we are proud of this result, we are not celebrating just yet. As we head into 2026, we have set new goals, and one of our top priorities is cutting that callback rate in half!

To better support our customers, we are also introducing optional extended warranties. There is no need to decide at the time of purchase, you will have up to 30 days after buying your machine to choose.

Extended Warranty Options:
• 6-Month Warranty: $100
• 1-Year Warranty: $150
