Mini Rant/ Real moment…

Running TheBurningFlameCandleCo has been really heavy lately. I’ve invested hundreds into vendor events, shown up hopeful every single time, and walked away with little to no profit and barely any new faces/relationships. It’s discouraging… and honestly, it’s been weighing on me more than I expected. 😔

Behind this business is a single mom, a sole provider, working a full-time job, trying to keep everything afloat — all while fighting through mental health battles most people don’t see.

I’m about to graduate with my bachelor’s degree in psychology on May 27th… something I’m incredibly proud of, but even that came with its own challenges getting here.

I’m navigating the aftermath of domestic violence, healing in ways that aren’t always visible, and still trying to show up every day for my child, my work, and this business.
I’ve been pouring into everything and everyone… and I’m just tired. 🥱

So I’m taking a small mental break to reset, breathe, and come back stronger. ❤️‍🩹

This isn’t me giving up — it’s me trying to keep going without burning myself out completely. (Again).
