It's from Pip the Elf alright. With their names written by Pip himself right on the front with sparkling ink. They run inside, asking if they can open it yet.

You turn on the Christmas tree lights and make some cocoa, maybe even grab some cookies. (A special letter deserves a special treat after all.) You all snuggle up on the couch, cookies in hand, and start reading.
