Good morning everyone,
I hope you are all having a wonderful week. It is hard to believe we are already in June — this year is moving so quickly, and before we know it, the Christmas season will be here.
I wanted to take a moment to address something important. As many of you know, I recently experienced a death in my family, and that has affected my current processing times. I want to sincerely thank those of you who have shown patience, kindness, and understanding during this time. Your support has meant more to me than you know.
I want to assure everyone that I am still working hard to complete orders, and all current orders will be caught up by June 28th. I will then be taking a scheduled vacation and will return during the second week of July. Once I return, my processing times will go back to normal at 7-10 business days. At this time, processing times are currently running approximately 3–4 weeks.
With that being said, I also need to set a very clear boundary moving forward.
While I completely understand that customers are excited to receive their orders, disrespectful comments, rude messages, and unkind attitudes will not be tolerated. I am a person, just like anyone else, and I deserve to be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.
The majority of you — truly about 95% — have been absolutely wonderful, and this message is not directed toward you except to say thank you. I am so grateful for your kindness, your patience, and your continued support.
However, for the small number of individuals who feel it is acceptable to speak to or treat makers disrespectfully, please understand that this behavior will no longer be accepted. Moving forward, any rude, hateful, or disrespectful message WILL result in the immediate cancellation and refund of your order.
I love what I do, and I am grateful for the customers and designers who support my work. But I will not allow negativity, entitlement, or disrespect to continue. Kindness and understanding go a long way, especially when working with small businesses and handmade makers.
This post was not easy for me to make, but it needed to be said. Everyone is welcome here, but kindness is required.
Again, to those of you who have been so patient, gracious, and supportive — thank you from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate you more than you know. I am getting caught up, and I am looking forward to getting processing times back to normal after my vacation.
