🥰On Saturday- April 18th, we will have a small selection of baskets for sale at
Susie's Strawberries + Fireworks!
I plan to have
🍓 strawberry plant baskets in a cone- weaved basket, containing a strawberry plant (from our Susie’s strawberry field), nasturtiums, marigolds, and creeping Jenny.
The other pots that are thriving, available, and ready for their new home are a mixed variety. Basket cones, coco wire baskets, and plastic pots that make great drop ins for planters you already have at home!
While preparing each basket, my goal was to start selling the last week of April. Well, little did I know, our strawberries said no way… and decided to come in a lot sooner! Woo hoo 👏🏼
With that said, the majority of my baskets would like at least one more week in the greenhouse before going to the store. They are not as quick to be ready! Patience is key for a beautiful basket 🥰.
I am still learning so much, and because I want to provide a basket that will thrive for you all summer long, I am slowly moving them to the store over the next couple weeks.
Each basket contains at least 2 varieties of flowers, and some of the larger baskets have up to 4 varieties.
We are excited to visit with our community and meet new people.
