A 180g bag of Colombia Luz Helena Salazar, Castillo, Natural EF2 (extra 2 day fermentation) Tasting notes from importer (Cofinet): cacao, mango, dragonfruit, lychee, lime, papaya, dark chocolate.
AND, FOR THE 1st 10 ORDERS ONLY
I will include a 100g bag of a Tea Processed (experimental process where you add hot bloomed tea leaves to the end of the fermentation process) Gesha out of Guatemala (I got this green courtesy of my friends at Cirque Coffee). When they ran it they listed tasting notes of strawberry cotton candy, orange blossoms, black tea, and jasmine
