Please join me this October for a four week, Intro to Mindfulness Course via Zoom!

Autumn can be a busy transition time and it's important to carve out time for yourself amongst school and family activities. This class will offer you some manageable ways to integrate mindfulness and meditation into your day.

Learn how to be present and reduce stress in your daily life with our Intro to Mindfulness online event!

Beginning Monday, August 1st. Bring something to sit on (towel/cushion/beach chair). We will be doing a breath based practice as well as loving kindness meditation. Along with these, you are welcome to bring a journal for reflections after practice.
This is a donation based offering, with a suggestion of $5-10.
