I use to be heavy into "scratch building" a lot of my models for miniature war games (image below)... when things like a Forge World Death Korp of Kreig Centaur models would cost up to $100 for poorly crafted resin kits, I found printing my own variants for less than $20 bucks was even more from than building from bitz!
