The new Creative Memories website has officially been live for over a month now—and overall, the ordering and checkout process really is easier! I hope you are enjoying the new look and ease.

With any change comes a few hiccups. The biggest one right now is that some customer orders are not being credited to the Advisor they intended to support… or sometimes not to any Advisor at all.
