Hummus maker Zouhair Mkais offers handcrafted, small-batch hummus with the freshest, most local ingredients he can find. Hello Hummus offers unconventional flavors from Garlicky Black Bean and Horseradish to Lemon Cilantro and Tomato Basil. In addition, Greens & Grains was established in 2016 as the sister of Hello Hummus, offering salads with quinoa, beans, kale, spinach, cranberries and more. MO

Today's the first day of the Downtown Pittsburgh Farmers Market, and we're so glad to be here.

We make the way it should be made — real ingredients, real flavor, nothing you have to look up on a label. Lemon Basil. Veggie. Garlicky Black Bean. Mediterranean. Horseradish, and more. Add a fresh salad and pita, and you've got a lunch that actually takes care of you.
