Most 10-year-olds are negotiating for extra screen time. Mine is negotiating her marketing budget. 💅🏽
If there’s one thing I’m helping her master, it’s the fact that a successful business isn’t just a piggy bank. Since December, she has been incredibly disciplined—never once dipping into her materials budget or her tax savings bucket for a quick treat. ✋🏽
She knows that to level up, you have to respect the math. We’ve been tucking away 25% of every single bag sale into a “Market Fund” to get her a professional banner. My rule as her mentor is simple: “If the fund isn’t full by the deadline, we don’t hit order. We wait until the Fall market.” 🕰️
Because she’s stayed so focused, she is officially TWO BAGS AWAY from hitting her goal and showing up to next month’s market like the pro she is. 🥂
