Meal prepping can help you shop smarter 💰, save time ⏰, and help you reach fitness goals 🏋🏽♀️
💰Meal prepping also helps me to save money at the grocery store because I’m able to avoid those impulse buys that happen when I shop without a plan.💰
⏰I love knowing what I’m going to be preparing for dinner each night. It helps me to have less stress when dinner time is approaching. Plus if I know what I’m making and I find that I have some extra time during the day, I’m easily able to get started on cutting the veggies for dinner or prepping a side that complements the meal which ends up saving me time later.
🏋🏽♀️Meal prep helps me to hit my fitness goals because I am able to plan my other snacks and meals around what we are eating for dinner. If I know dinner is going to have carbs or meat I plan to eat less carbs/meat throughout the rest of the day. This helps me ensure that I’m hitting the nutritional goals I have which in turn helps me achieve my fitness goals🏋🏽♀️
