I made these bride & groom chair sashes as a little surprise for their beach celebration, and seeing their reaction was everything. The joy, the photos, the love—it turned out even sweeter than I imagined.

Sometimes the smallest details become the most special moments… and I think this might be one of my cutest projects yet 🫶

🧵 HOW TO MAKE A T-SHIRT BLANKET (SIMPLE + SWEET) 🧵

1️⃣ Cut your t-shirts into even squares
2️⃣ Iron fusible interfacing onto the back of each square
3️⃣ Lay out your design until you love it 🤍
4️⃣ Sew the squares together into rows, then sew rows together
5️⃣ Add batting (optional, but cozy!)
6️⃣ Place backing fabric on top, sew around edges, flip
7️⃣ Top stitch + enjoy your memory blanket ✨

💭 Tip: Wash shirts first + take your time laying out the design
