Time to play, by play I mean organize aka spring clean time!

Kids grow so fast and their interests change, so a playroom reset is a must! That is what I am here for because all the busy mamas need a break. AND the kids need an energy shift to re excite them about the cool things they have!

One thing to remember is there is no such thing as perfect and to embrace the process. It will look like a hot mess before it looks good. A seasonal refresh is the way to go. Keep things fresh and in rotation so you don’t ever have to here “ I’m boreddd”

If you feel overwhelmed with your kids playroom and simply don’t know where to start, I am one call away!

We will be outside, so bring anything to make you comfy, blanket, sitting pillow, hammock etc. (sunscreen, bug spray)
There is no pool, but if it gets too hot, there is a hose and a slip’n slide lol

We’ll gather rain or shine 🌞

(( any friends gathering from far corners are more then welcome to camp out over night, please let me know if that’s you! ))

This is a sober, donation based event
(Venmo $20-$30 sliding scale, DM to rsvp )

I will have some water and fruit, but this will be a potluck style gathering, so bring whatever you wish. (Grill available for use)

This is all about giving your inner child permission to play, so bring your flow toys!

This project was to date the hardest obstacle I have conquered!

30+ hours filled with blood sweat and tears (just in this room). Multiple spirals and dance parties to lift the moral up.
This took timeeee, please keep in mind this was not a straight through project. This was digested over months, while simultaneously packing, decluttering and prepping the rest of the home for an estate sale.

I worked very closely with my customer as this project was not for the faint of heart.

It made me truly realize that what I do isn’t JUST organizing and making things look nice. I provide emotional and mental support to help you navigate through emotions you been avoiding. I help guide the shift of energy from within you to reflect the energetic shift in your physical space.

Energy is real.

Your mental space is a direct reflection of your physical space. Everything is connected!

Let this be your reminder to invest in your mental and emotional health.
One box at a time,
one drawer at a time,
one room at a time!
Your home should bring you peace not cause anxiety or shame.

And MOST important it’s okay to ask for help, sometimes that’s the perfect start.

Does your closet leave you uninspired to play and express yourself through your clothes? Feels likes something is missing but you’re not quite sure what??
Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed by the amount of things in there that you haven’t worn because of your ever changing body. Lots of shame and judgment can come up and then we just end up wearing that baggy unflattering sweatsuit to just hide from it all.

Well my friends those days are over! And we will shift that perspective by investing in a tiny little detail to elevate our closet….

Hangers, yes I said it. Matching hangers! Who would have thought that a cohesive hanger could elevate your closet to your own personal boutique!

It’s the first step in loving your self image and taking care of yours self. All starts on the inside, so that wave can ripple out!

What does energetic hygiene mean to you? Or is that a question you never heard before?

Just as we have to clean our physical body, so we’re not stinky, we have to take care of our energetic body too.

Took me a while to learn this lesson but there is energy in everything around us. It’s not something tangible per say but way more influential than anything physical.

We should be mindful of who/where we spend our time with and how we feel. If it’s something that easily triggers you or make you feel tired, maybe we cut back on those interactions. Focusing on things that fill your life with joy and love. Life is hard as is, why pour out energy into things that don’t serve our highest good.

What are some things you do to regulate your energy????

Some of my favorite things to do are:
DANCE PARTIES!!!
Walking bear-foot outside
Spending time in nature
Creating art
Driving with no destination….

This Thursday May 16th at 6:30pm, I invite you to my very first workshop! We will be meeting at Tyler State park in Newtown PA ( down by the water )

What will we be doing you ask?
How about just having some fun and playing! Dancing, being silly and learning some cool tips and tricks to help regulate your nervous system and cleans your energy.

Being a human adult can get so serious and stressful. So Thursday I invite you to let your inner child play! All you need is yourself and an open mind. Bring water because hydration is key, and also a yoga mat or something to sit on as we will be doing some sitting, stretching and moving.

This workshop is FREE! The only investment here is one hour of your time in yourself!
All about that self love babyyy!
